Unable to Open New Case for Account Recovery

Hello,

I am currently unable to recover access to my old EA account.

I was previously advised by EA Help to open a new case and contact support again, however I have not been able to successfully create a new case. Since then, I have also been unable to reach live chat support.

Because of this, I currently have no way to continue the official recovery process through EA Help.

I want to clarify that I am able to verify ownership of the account through multiple methods if needed. I am simply looking for assistance to regain access.

If a community manager or EA staff member could please advise on how I can properly reopen a case or escalate this issue, I would greatly appreciate it.

    Sorry to hear your EA Account may have been hacked. First share the relevant guide here:

    If you go through the chatbot flow and answer the questions accurately, it should ask you to confirm the issue category, which would most likely be account-related in this case. After that, you should usually see a few potentially helpful self-help articles, along with a Chat with us option.

    Clicking Chat with us should create a case for you. You would normally receive an email with the case number, and the case should also appear in your cases.

    If that still isn’t happening, please let me know in more detail which step you’re getting stuck on.

    Hello,

    Thank you again for your reply.

    When I try to create a new case through EA Help, I can go through the support steps normally, but when I reach the point where I need to continue the case or submit my message, the case does not update properly.

    Even if I write detailed messages and try to continue the case, my messages do not seem to be attached or processed, and I am unable to move forward with the recovery process.

    I have tried multiple browsers, devices, and connections, but the issue still persists.

    I was previously instructed by EA Help to open a new case and continue the recovery process, but at the moment I am unable to do so.

    I am genuinely trying every official channel available because this account is very important to me, and I am fully willing to verify ownership through any required information.

    Could you please help me or escalate this issue to the appropriate team?

  • Ive been trying to make a ticket for support and everything but I get nothing back. My account was disabled for getting hacked and im trying to get it reinstated but I cant get anyone at ea to help me get it reinstated

    Hi there. You'll need to open a case with an advisor by using the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of this page. Make sure you click on the article the bot recommends. Then, you should have the option for starting a chat with an advisor.

    i legit cant make ur stupid EA chat bot get me an agent, my accounts just been banned. ive weaseled my way back in through Apple ID and now i cant change the Email so the hackers email is still there if he wants to change all my hard work back.

    Hello,

    The issue is that I am currently unable to properly create a new case through EA Help, even though I was previously instructed by support to open a new case and continue the recovery process.

    When I try to continue or submit a case, the messages I write do not seem to be processed or attached to the case properly, and in some situations I am unable to proceed with the case creation at all. Because of this, I have been unable to continue the account recovery process. I have been trying to reach EA through every available channel, including EA Help and other official support options, but so far I have not been able to move forward.

    This account is very important to me, and I am genuinely in a difficult situation. I am fully willing to verify ownership of the account through any information or verification methods required.

    I would sincerely appreciate any help, guidance, or escalation you may be able to provide.
