    Hey all, if seeing this issue you can generally fix it by starting to download any free EA game such as Apex Legends. Once the download has started stop it and then try your other games.

I downloaded Mass Effect 1, and now suddenly I can download games again.

Hey all, if seeing this issue you can generally fix it by starting to download any free EA game such as Apex Legends. Once the download has started stop it and then try your other games.

    It was so freaky solution that I couldn't believe it would help, but it really fixed the isssus with launching games.

    "If it's stupid but it works, it isn't stupid".

    PS - is any official update is planned?

      Hey all, the team are aware of the issue and working on it. 

      As the EA App is still in beta things like this can pop up and while it's not ideal at least the workaround works.

        I was having issues as everyone else has stated before. I was able to get into my games again by logging out of the EA BETA app then logging in with my EA ID vs a linked XBox account.
