Unable to play purchased game. Getting Error Message "There was a slight hiccup"

Just bought command and conquer remastered from the ea store got to download it and keeps saying there's been a hiccup please restart your computer and try again so I have done several times and getting know where why is this and what can I do ????

ı have gamepass but ı cant dowland any game 

EA Play has been working fine via XBOX Game Pass (PC). I logged into EA Play after a week and though my games are shown as installed on my HD, EA Play is asking for me to download anything I want to play (again - since they are downloaded, this button used to say: Play). When I do attempt to select: Download - I get the following error: Unable to install - There was a slight hiccup and we couldn’t finish installing Game Name Unavailable. Restart your PC and try again.

I Have Tried: 

• Uninstall and reinstalling EA Play (restarting PC)
• Run as admin
• Cleaned my registry
• Any game I want to download/play gets this error
• Different download location
• My UAC settings are set at lowest

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

im having the same issue and id be willing to redownload the game but everytime i try to it says there was an error and please restart my pc and i do and its the same thing over and over and over again
