Unable to play purchased game. Getting Error Message "There was a slight hiccup"

I am receiving the following error when I go to install the game, I have the Xbox gamepass standard edition 

"There was a slight hiccup and we couldn't finish installing STAR WARS Jedi Fallen Order. Restart your pc and try again"

 I have restarted several times as well as tried the above process and they don't work. Please help, I have wanted this game for years

My issue was exactly like what you described and I have been trying to find a way to fix it for litterally days. The fix has actually been mentioned here but didn't work until just now.

Here is my exact steps

Open the Xbox App, search for the game you have installed and click install, when it launches the EA app and asks you to download it, click cancel. In the EA app search Apex and start the install of Apex Legends. It will start to download. Give it a few moments and boom your missing games will reappear in your collection and you'll be able to play them.
