Unable to Purchase FC 25 While Subscribed to EA Play Pro

Hello,I am currently an EA Play Pro subscriber with access to FC 25 as part of my subscription. However, I noticed that FC 25 is currently on sale, and I would like to purchase it permanently. Unfortunately, the system does not allow me to buy the game, likely because it is already included in my subscription.Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I would like to take advantage of the sale and own the game permanently, regardless of my subscription status.Thank you for your help. I look forward to your response.

What problem are you having when you try to buy the game exactly? Are you getting an error message? If so, what does it say?

Hi,In the EA app, I was unable to add the game to my cart. On the website, after clicking the "Continue to Checkout" button, nothing happens.

So I'm having a problem where I got the 10 hour free trial and played only 5 hours of it and it's saying my ea play subscription status is invalid, I don't know what to do and now I'm sta here without being able to play, it's unacceptable and I will no longer be getting any ea games if this continues, please fix it
