Unauthorized Account
My friend is trying to sign up for the EA desktop beta but he keeps getting unauthorized account when signing up. Any ideas why?

What do you expect to see? regain access to the ea desktop because i purchased EA play threw it
after getting into the desktop beta i now cant log in even after playing on the desktop app. it keeps telling me im not authorized to log in

What do you expect to see? No error message.
So I signed up for the beta several weeks ago and got an email prompting a download for EA Desktop. The application had worked for several weeks until today (Oct. 21). Now, on opening the application, the attached error message comes up and prevents using

I am also having the same problem. It was working at first. Now i get the message "EA Desktop requires an authorized account"

Hey everyone,
We've received your reports, and those of others that their accounts don't seem authorized anymore. We're checking out what's happening.
In the meantime, don't forget about Origin if you want to keep playing!

@ArchonCrow1527 @Neurochild @AhaKonskyKokot47 @Conan_live @chunkypixel I found a bypass when you log in to the app press alt+F4 and it will give you access
- @TheSuperWolf100 this worked I got logged in but it doesn't work with one game that I have installed it just says loading.

- @Conan_live Why dose this happens frustrating. If this keeps going, we should get our money balk.
Having the same issue
I also have this issue. I tried signing in / out with no luck.
I got access to EA Desktop on October 15 and installed it. I started everything normally and everything worked, but today I start it and it writes that my mail is not authorized for beta. When you try to log in to EA desktop, it says "an authorized account is required to use EA desktop"
