Hi everyone,

For the past few weeks, the right side of the EA app has been stuck on an indefinite loading screen. My profile picture, status, and friend list are all part of this endless loading issue (please find attached). As a result, my in-game friends who are online do not show up, and I am not appearing as online to my friends. While I can still play the game without any problems, I am no longer able to play with my friends.

Tried everything down below nothing worked :

App uninstall and reinstall.
Delete reg edit entries, and clear local data after EA uninstalls and reinstalls.
Delete Apex Legends and EA app, delete all involved folders, local data, reg edit entries, and reinstall.
Restart the router.
Also tried installing the EA app in D: drive(custom location), but it keeps installing in C: drive. Not sure if this helps, though.

I am having the exact same issue. Been happening for a couple of weeks. So far I have had no luck resolving it (tried reinstalling EA/reinstalling games/clearing cache, using different network) but I will let you know if I do manage to resolve it. Probably EA need to fix the app and release an update
