I was trying to download my sims game from EA to my USB but everytime I do, the download stops at 2% and says preparing but it stays like that and won't get any higher than 2. I tried everything but it's still stuck at 2. Mind you, the USB is brand new, hardly been used, there's plenty of storage left on it.
