Very Bad EA App Launcher

Dear EA Support Team,

I am writing to express my frustration with the EA Launcher, which has consistently failed to launch a single game for me. Despite repeated attempts to troubleshoot and reinstall the launcher, it continues to malfunction, making it nearly impossible to enjoy any of the games I've purchased through your platform.

This issue has persisted for far too long, and I am at my wit's end. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with a product that simply doesn't work as intended. I have also encountered countless error messages and slow updates, making the experience even more aggravating.

At this point, I believe the EA Launcher needs to be completely overhauled or, preferably, removed altogether. If you cannot fix these ongoing issues, I suggest allowing games purchased through EA to be launched via Steam instead. Steam's launcher works seamlessly, and it would be a far more reliable platform for accessing EA games.

Please address this issue as soon as possible. It's unacceptable to spend money on games that I can't even play due to a broken launcher.

yep, issue BRAND new pc build had bf4 and bf2042 running just fine , now BF4 WILL NOT launch , but BF2042 will so stupid ive tried EVERY tip trick on the web to get BF4 to launch E/A fix your f#$king APP your a BILLION DOLLAR company FFS , nothing but head aches from E/A

Since this post does not provide that level of detail or actionable information, it does not qualify as a technical bug report.

If you would like to share broad feedback about the EA app, you’re welcome to do so in the EA app General Discussion or Feedback board, which is designed for comments and suggestions like this.

For help with a launcher error, please include details such as your system setup, affected game(s), the exact error message(s), and what troubleshooting you’ve tried. That will allow the community and EA teams to better understand the problem and provide assistance.

I will be closing this thread now since it does not meet the criteria for the Technical Issues & Bugs section.
