why can't i close my ea app, i closed my game but it says it's still running.
i can't play the sims 4, or even open the app. I can't close the ea app, as it's saying 'please close your game' and the app is blank.

@agirlinaredhood Restart your computer and try again. If necessary, run the EA App Recovery tool. Here's how in Windows:

In macOS, click Help in the menu bar to see the option.
the problem is, i can't restart my computer (the ea app is stopping it) and my ea app is blank gray, so I can't press the help button ☹️ i don't know what to do.
I try to close my ea app, but it tells me my game (the sims 4) is still running when it's not. My ea app is just a blank grey color, and i don't know what to do, and i can't even play a game or restart my computer! Help please!!
@agirlinaredhood Kill the EA App (and Sims 4, if you see it) in the Task Manager, then restart your computer.
