You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.
To speak with a phone or chat adviser:
Click on your product
Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or call

@EA_Darko I already contacted support and the guy told me that he can't fix it. That's why I'm posting it here.
