"You Don't Have Access" error in EA app for Steam Game Sims 4

I recently purchased the Steam Sims™ 25th Birthday Bundle. Sims 2 works great, Sims 4 gives the error "You Don't have Access" I have tried all the troubleshooting tips I can find on the forums, and no avail. I'm at a loss of what to do. Not to mention Sims 1 wont launch at all, which seems to be a whole other issue.

    Thanks! When you log into the EA app itself (Not Steam) try switching the account you log in with.

    For example, when you launch the EA app in general, if you log in with your Steam account, try your EA account and vice versa. Then test out launching the game both ways.

    Can you attach a screenshot of that error? That could be a few things like an account issue, an entitlement issue, or even a computer error. Plus having that on file helps if we run into more players having the same issues.

    From what I've read, its an issue with the link between the EA app, and the Steam app. My EA account shows its connected to Steam, however;

    So, the EA App doesnt have a launch button, or a run button, only steam does. Normally I launch Steam, and login to the EA App through steam. Your saying Launch steam, but login to the EA app via my EA username and password?
