"You don't have access" error

So I am having a very strange problem. I bought 3 packs, Toddler stuff, Kids room stuff, and parenthood. I was able to download them fine. Then one day they randomly were not downloaded. I went to the EA app and queued them up to download but it said there was an "Unexpected issue" and to try again later. So I did and the same thing happened again and again and again. Flash forward a few months, now when I try to download them it says I don't have access since I "don't own the game' and i have the go to the game hub to get the game. I am still able to play the game and all my other packs work just fine, even ones I bought after those 3. I don't know what to do and I really just want my packs back.

It sounds like this pack may have been removed from your account- this isn't something we can check for over the forums since we don't have access to your account details, but the live support team can take a look and see what's happening with your packs.

i too have tried all these things and still nothing. i was able to get through with chat help by using a different subject that offered the chat now - I chose "i need help loading my game." once i did chat with them they basically asked me to do the same items you've already gone through OP. i don't understand. everything else has downloaded and installed and for whatever reason for rent just hits me with this crap every time.

I was able to download mine, and then suddenly the next day when I was trying to load my game it said I didn't have the kits and trying to download it again gave me the same "you don't have access" message.

Hello!
I logged into the EA app tonight to play the Sims 4 when I noticed there were 2 new kits available for purchase. I looked into them and liked them so I purchased them. When I went to download them I got the following error message:
"You don't have access
We've paused the download because you don't own this title. You can cancel the download, keep it paused, or visit the Game Hub for more options."
I have tried a bunch of different things to solve this issue, all to no avail:
cleared the cache for my EA App
restarted my computer
double checked that the purchase went through successfully
cancel download & try again (have done this 5-10 times tbh)
opened the store in-game hoping I'd be able to download from there or that opening & closing the game would reset something to allow me to download
cleared a bunch of space on my computer & tried downloading again in case space had been the issue
I'm SO incredibly frustrated at this point. I genuinely just wanted to contact a support agent or something at this point so someone could fix this for me but I can't even find an option to message with anyone but the AI robot.
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
