Summarize your bug Im not able to log in without seeing "You must be online when logging in for the first time" even though im connected to internet.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I dont know
What happens when the bug occurs? It does not give me the option to login through alternate accounts linked with EA and will not allow me to sign in manually
What do you expect to see? An easy and smooth login with the linked account option at the top
I'm not able to log into my EA account no matter how many times I turn my Wi-Fi on and off, switch to my mobile hotspot, and uninstall and reinstall the EA, it continuously gives me the same message saying, "You must be online when logging in for the first time" and not allowing me the option to log in with any other account linked to my EA account.

It seems that something is blocking the EA app on your PC. This could be caused by another program, a firewall, or antivirus software.
Here are some steps you could try in this situation.
Spoiler- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Check date/time is correct in Windows
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Untick the options in LAN Settings (make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server)
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public Google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4)
- Change TCP/IP Settings
- Set up a Static IP
- Try a new Windows User Account
- Reset Windows Host File
- Change UAC Controls within Windows
