EA APP does not open any game i try

hello, im from brazil and my experience with ea have been a full nightmare.

every single time that i try to open any game on my pc from steam or proprery from ea app, it doesnt work and gimme a message like: "Failed to start the game. An error in our system caused the game to fail to launch. Please try again later."

ive already tried 100 soluctions that i saw here at ea's forum, youtube, reddit and nothing works.

ive tried to reinstall the ea app, steam and eafc 26; tried to update my windows; rebot my windows, desactivate my antivirus. everything that could help, ive already try.

also, tried ea help chat with an employee and he said that couldnt do anything for me, just wait because they dont have any forecast yet.

anyone can help me, please?
