error ea inst 1920

I cant donwload ea app

• i updated .NET Framework
• Updated VC Redistributables
• Updated GPU Drivers
• Restarted my pc a bunch of times
• used these commands on cmd chkdsk /f /r' e 'sfc /scannow
• Deleted everything on my pc that has Ea or folders, i didnt even find an log of the error
• I removed EABackgroundService 
• I created another profile on my pc to download ea app and nothing too...
