Problems Accessing EA Play Game List [Brazil]

Hello everyone

I've recently been having trouble accessing the EA Play game list, even with an active and recently purchased subscription.
When accessing the "Library" tab, only games purchased from a past subscription, specifically from 2023, appear.
And when accessing EA Play, I'm asked to extend my subscription, even though it's active and valid until January 10, 2026.
When I try to check my subscription status on the website, I always get a technical problem error.
