EA FC 25 - Crossplay error

I'm from PC.

Every time I try to play with a PS5 friend, the system gives an error - even with Crossplay active. The problem happens in 'Clubs', and even in 1v1.

Is it an installation/configuration problem, or is the problem with the server?

Toda vez que tento jogar com algum amigo do PS5 o sistema da erro - mesmo estando com o Crossplay ativo. O problema acontece no 'Clubs', e até mesmo no 1v1.

É um problema de instalação/configuração, ou o problema esta no servidor?
