“Request manual review – False positive suspension (0x00102710)”

Hello EA Support,
My FC Mobile account was suspended with the code 0x00102710.
I believe this is a false detection. I have never used cheats, scripts, mods, or any third-party tools.
Please help review my account manually. I hope you can check the activity logs and remove the suspension.
