2 days agoHi, sorry to hear you’re stuck at the verification email step. Could you try going to Settings > Junk Mail in your email account and adding EA@e.ea.com as a safe sender? Please let me know whether that helps. Thanks.

I have done this and it only shows verification codes I have received from last year. The account isn't blocked, and I haven't changed the email at all.
