Would you mind providing a direct link to where i can speak to someone, I am having problems find it. I usually am able to but i cannot currently.
Community ManagerHi, are you referring to the chatbot that shows up after you click the Contact Us button? If so, that’s a newer feature on the EA Help site. It is mainly there to collect players’ details first, so the case can be routed properly. It’s meant to gather the information an advisor would usually ask for upfront and help reduce back-and-forth. After that, you should normally see a Chat with us option.
