Account Banned for no reason?

Writing because my back-up EA account was banned out of nowhere. Only one game has ever been asscoiated to the account (Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes) I appealed this ban and asked for clarification on why and all that was given was a code of conduct was broken. But on the account itself when checking accounts penalties there is no list of violation? Capital games is also much more restrictive usually so if something was broken, which I vehimently deny, why wouldn't they take action. Please rectify, I've told my friends as well and they will post because I've gotten no response to this issue: ID is r4md3nxr4zsj
