Title, i need to change my email, ive been in live support chat queue for hours. It keeps rotating back to "around 30 mins" for the wait time. This is absolutely ridiculous they don't have normal email or phone support. I have all my information ready to go to recover my account, but i cannot talk to a single person.
Hey, I’m having issues, kind of similar but way more complex. How did you even get to a live support chat?
i had to make an entirely new account to even get to it- otherwise it would just loop me back to the login page. Im considering just refunding the game and starting a new account from scratch, but id really like to access my other games like Sims- although i would not hesitate to yar harr the Sims if it comes to it. I just hate not having all my accounts under the same umbrella, it feels a bit pointless to play on an alternate account if no progress is gained- not to mention it being linked to my Twitch, so unable to receive drops as well
This account is my new account lol. So I’ll try looking for a live chat again now. I don’t even care about what’s on my main one at this point tho. But it’s linked to my Microsoft account. So I need it unlinked.
you have to go file a case at the very bottom of the support page theres a "contact us" option, and then u file a new case, and after filing the case theres a live chat option only in the case menu
Well I found it. And it’s like a 30min wait. And it has not dropped at all in the past 10

Thought I’d let you know. But I finally talked to someone. At 2am. So 10 hour queue. And they couldn’t help me at all. Absolutely useless.
Currently at 13hrs of the same loop as you i get down to 1 min left in wait timer then gets reset back to 240 mins. i have called EA help out on X and on here messaged community managers and posted my own forum with the same issues. started this live chat window before battlefield even dropped cause i was having account issues trying to buy it NOW after 13hrs feel like EA should give me the game now been dealing with their GARBAGE CAN SUPPORT for the amount of time i coulda worked my shift and made enough to buy the game. Oh all these people gonna get gifted XP tokens and battle passes cause they get DC'd hell half the community cant even get support to access their accounts
I'm stuck in the same situation. It's been longer than 6 hours and the estimated wait has been sitting on 0 mins for an hour
ive started reporting community managers for failing at their duties 6hrs is crazy im currently pushing 14hrs as we speak and my timers been 3 mins for about the last 35mins, the fact they have 0 support yet can sell the corp for $55 BILLION we cant get like 100 people outsourced to a call center like every other money hungry company?? INDIE GAMES have better support than this.
