Account Hacked And then Wrongfully banned when recovered

Hello. i’ve spent a lot of time and money on an EA game, specifically apex legends. My account kept getting hacked countless times but i managed to completely recover it at some point thanks to ea live support, but now after all that i wake up to my account getting banned out of nowhere even though ive been too busy to play any ea game in general. i tried to play apex again just to see that my ea account was banned, right after i had just gotten another heirloom too. Now i did submit an appeal cause the ban was clearly wrong but i got an automated response instead telling me that my account was actioned correctly. Apex legends is my all time favorite game and it really makes me upset, sad, and disappointed to see that my account may be gone forever. if there’s any way i can talk to some kind of higher up manger to help me get my account back im willing to do so. The new seasons coming out in a few days and i’d love to enjoy it, especially since i love valkyrie and she’s getting buffed. I’ll take all the help i can get and i’ll do anything in my power to get my account unbanned.
