Account hacked and unable to recover

My account email and password was changed by a hacker. I’m unable to recover the account because my creation email is no longer active and they won’t accept the updated email before the hack. I’m unable to verify the account even with purchase history and bank statements. The live chat is not being helpful at all. I need actual advice from humans before I take drastic measures.

    Sorry to hear someone else had gotten into your account. If you haven't already, please be sure to go through as many of these security steps as possible to help get your account and system back into your control.

    After that you'll need to get back in touch with our support team to help recover the account itself. As they'll need to discuss private account details, that is not something we can assist with here on the forums. I do see you've already reached out, but if the issue still was not resolved, you'll need to resume a previous case or create a new case so another advisor can take a look.

    They do need to be able to verify a certain level of information to make any changes. I can definitely understand that's harder if the original email is old and no longer accessible, but you'd need to continue working with the advisors to see what other options may be available in this case.

    However all the advisors do is repeat the same AI responses. They require me to verify information but if I get 1 of the details wrong they lock me out of the chat. Why is transaction history and bank statements of the purchases I made on that account not sufficient enough to prove ownership? Why is the access to the creation email mandatory? There would be a reason why the email was changed to a new one.

    If you can patch me through to a human operator I’d be happy to talk it out. But I’ve had enough of talking to AI.
