Account was hacked and EA Help isn't helping

Question

My account was hacked and they changed the email. I reset my password, deleted the trusted devices, and did everything the help page says to do, but I can't change the email back to my email because it was changed too recently.

When I reset my password, the hacker changes it again. I have 2 factor authentication on but I think they are bypassing it because their email is on my account.

When I try to use the EA help page, it says that my problem is not supported by their advisors. what???? I need a real person to help me change my email back. I have done everything I can do myself.

Is there any way to contact EA Help directly, and not the AI chatbot?? A phone number or direct email?

It's like we're at a stalemate because I still have access to my account, but they're still also logged in. Is there a way to log out all sessions?? But then I would also still need to take their email off my a ccount so they can't get back in

Please try contacting EA Help again and select the account security / hacked account option. If the automated flow says the issue isn’t supported by advisors, try accessing the support flow while logged out as a Visitor, once you are talking with an advisor you can discrime the issue ant provide the required information.&nbsp;&nbsp;
