Anyone know how to get actual help from EA support?

I have created multiple cases but when I get the email telling me an agent is trying to reach me, I click the link to go back to my case and it’s already been closed. Been trying to create a new case using a topic that’s an option, enter all my information, submit the cases and send me to a page saying it’s not an issue an agent to resolve. Trying to delete my account due to it being attached to an old email that I can’t access due to it being permanently disabled and can not be recovered. The help topic says an agent has to be contacted to delete my account but then get message saying it’s not an issue they can resolve. Very confusing on what I’m suppose to do.
