APEX LEGENDS WHITE SCREEN ISSUES ON PS4
Hello EA Support,
I’m having a serious issue with Apex Legends on my PS4 after the recent PlayStation system software update.
When I start the game, it shows the initial loading screen, then freezes on a completely white screen for a few minutes.
After that, one of the following happens:
- I get PS4 error code WV-33907-2, or
- The game shows “There’s been an error. Your request cannot be completed. Service limitations apply.”
Here’s everything I’ve already tried:
• Restarted my PS4 and cleared cache
• Changed DNS (8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4)
• Rebuilt database in Safe Mode
• Signed out/in of PSN
• Checked PSN and EA server status (both online)
• Unlinked and relinked my EA and PSN accounts
• Deleted Apex Legends saved data (without reinstalling the full game)
Despite all of this, the problem still occurs every time I launch Apex Legends.
It seems like my EA account connection might be soft-locked or corrupted after the update.
Could you please check and reset my EA account link with PSN, or remove any service limitation on it?
