Unable to Create a Case via EA Help Contact Form (Account Recovery)
Dear EA Support Team,
I hope this forums finds you well.
I am reaching out regarding a critical issue with the EA Help customer care form (https://www.google.com/search?q=https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/). I am trying to request the recovery of an account that was banned due to unauthorized access.
Despite submitting this request daily for over a week, I am consistently unable to create an official case. Each time I complete the form, the attached screen appears, but the request is never successfully logged as a case or displayed in the "My Cases" section.
I have been informed that this failure to create a case is also occurring for other request types that require initial form submission before connecting to the chatbot.
The constant advice from the chatbot and forum employees is to use the link that is currently not working for me. This puts me in an impossible situation.
I recognize that the company may be under significant pressure, potentially related to acquisition talks, but I must ask: Is your support team aware of this extreme breakdown in your customer after-sales service?
