Appealed a ban and got no information about it

2nd Appeal  "We have received your most recent correspondence expressing concerns about the action that was taken on your account. After thoroughly investigating your account and concern, we again found that we actioned your account correctly after it was found to have violated our User Agreement. We will also be unable to provide any details regarding our internal procedures. Due to this violation, we will not remove the sanction that was applied to your account." 

I didn't cheat nor did I do anything outside of the norm. As I stated before, I have 2 devices: Rog Ally X and Alienware Laptop.  The only recent change was buying Alienware Keyboard and Mouse combo (which I changed the Keyboard lights on both laptop and keyboard Off through Alienware Command Center). Aside from that I used Alienware Command Center to assign keys to my mouse key bind (instead of using in game). That is all I did, nothing different nothing outside the norm.  Since I am not being told what the issue is that caused this flag, I am no longer able nor am I recommending to anyone to purchase anything EA due to the failure in communication. I have already cancelled BF6 pre-order, why purchase something that I can get banned for normal operations of my pc? Again, I never cheated nor "enhanced the game" and not understanding how that was determined - which is all I want to know.  

Last question, my internet is shared among other people in the household  and I take it this has nothing to do with the issue?  My devices are solely mine and only under my use so I doubt that is the case.   

If you break the rules that you agree with then action can and will be taken. If our team has investigated and found evidence to support the ban then they will not lift it as per the emails you have received.

You are claiming I broke rules when I literally did nothing. So, I bought a new laptop and its accesories and that is cheating/game enhancement? what a joke. 

I'm making no claims, merely letting you know that if after an appeal our team has held up the sanction then it means they found evidence to support it. 

There is nothing we can do to change this.
