Need ea help

Question

My account was flagged for coin distribution but I didn’t do anything wrong , I sold a 89 overall Fred Werner for less than the max price and it sent me a notification saying that all my coins were taken away and I will no longer have ability to use auction house , I’ve made several cases and each time it does not direct me to customer support but it now says waiting for player but I cannot find an email anywhere from them. I have tried to contact anyone to get them to send another email but I do not know what else to do . Please help I would like my coins back and to be able to use the auction house&nbsp;

Hey cheesecrustdude​,
for a ban or sanction, you need to reach out to the Terms of Service Team. You can see here, how to create a case to contact them to appeal the suspension.&nbsp;
Make sure to check your spam folders as well, as sometimes replies can end up there. You can also check the status of a case on EA Help under "My Cases".&nbsp;

These show that it says waiting for player but these emails I got are only from me contacting ea help and asking me to do a survey or saying that someone is monitoring my case and I will hear from advisor shortly but I still haven’t gotten any message from an advisor&nbsp;
