What purpose does the forum or any "support" entity of EA even serve? In the information age, you cant get prompt responses on game-specific forums here, and of all the threads I have read in this ar...

Well the support site links directly to this forum, so I fail to see the distinction. The support site is exclusively an AI that directs you away from the support site. If its EA's prerogative to delegate support back to community managers, id encourage you all to just quit so that at least the entire structure collapses.

Sorry, my frustration led me to not be specific. Im stuck being unable to launch dead space 3 specifically. Every support function I try to use regarding that game specifically seems to lead back to the forum where I've not received any response for my question; thus leading to me posting here in further frustration.
