Dear EA Community,
I am experiencing an absolutely unacceptable situation with my F1 25 online access, and the EA Support system is completely blocking me from making contact.
The Problem (False Lockout):
* When I try to access F1 25 online, I get the error "EA ACCOUNT REQUIRED" (Attachment 1), which essentially serves as a block from all online services.
* This happened suddenly while I was playing F1 World (Monaco track). The game started experiencing severe lag right before I was kicked out with the error. I believe this is an EA Anti-Cheat (Javelin) False Positive triggered by a network or performance issue.
* I have never cheated.
The Shameful Fact (Support Block):
The most frustrating part is that I cannot appeal this false block:
* Clean Official History: My official EA Penalty History page clearly states "No history" (Attachment 2).
* Blocked from Contact: Every time I try to use the EA Support website (to access the Appeal webform or Live Chat), I receive the message: "This issue is not supported by consultants" (Attachment 3).
I am stuck in a loop: I was falsely blocked, and EA itself won't let me contact the only team that can resolve the issue (the Terms of Service team).
I request help from the community or a Manager to directly escalate this case to the ToS team so I can finally submit my appeal. I am willing to have my PC files and system analyzed to prove my innocence.
Any help in bypassing this broken support system is greatly appreciated.
