banned account
Someone else took control of my account and it caused my account to be banned. I contacted live support and they changed my steam connection. Live support linked my steam account to my EA account, but I cannot play my game because it is banned. I cannot contact live support again. Can you connect the steam account? I want to choose another EA account, but I cannot complete the process with support.

Unfortunately if you're linked to a banned EA account, you can't unlink until the ban has been lifted. I'd recommend reaching out to our terms of service team. They can take a look at this for you.
