Barred from opening old or new ticket

I have spent the better half of the past day trying to get my old Apex Legends account back. For some context: when I was like 11 or something I made my EA account under the email provided to me through my middle school email. I lost access to that email when I left middle school, but here I am like 7 years later trying to get back into my account. The only reason why I really want this account back is because there is like $500 worth of consumables, if I cant get my account back I would at least like a refund.

I had believed that this would be a simple fix, but boy was I wrong. I completely understand the need to have tight security about recovering accounts, but here is a list of information I gave the support desk:

  1. My IP address that I played on
  2. A complete proof of purchase linked to my Nintendo account
  3. My full shipping address
  4. the last 4 digits of the credit card I used for the account
  5. The name of the account
  6. The email the account was under
  7. The DOB I put in

I was then told that some number of the things I gave them was incorrect (mind you I made this account years ago), and that I would need to try again on a new support ticket because they can only try one attempt per ticket. As much as that part irked me, I was okay trying again and again. I think that the kicker was the fact that I couldn't be told how many details were incorrect, and how incorrect they were. So now I feel like I'm guessing a safe combination just to get my skins. (I think that it is important to note that the Nintendo account was under my father's email, and we share the same last name which is fully present, so it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that I am who I say I am). That's not even the worst part, I was told that "I was so close" and everything was "almost correct" and was also assured that I can try this as many times as I would like. They were wrong, I tried to reopen my old ticked and was immediately told "Your issue isn't supported by advisors", which I think is weird given that I have spoken to at lease 3 people about it by now. So now not only am I trying to guess some random number that I may have gotten wrong, I am also being lied to about not being able to assist. (I don't think that the support rep knew I would be barred from talking to more people, so it's not his fault). I would like to speak to a human that can help me get to the bottom of this. I also offered and am still willing to send multiple forms of photo ID to confirm who I am. please if you see this, boost it or interact with it in some way, I need EA to know that this is not okay. 

  • Update, I have gotten back into the queue, which is great, but it was stupid that this happened in the first place, and I am still a little upset about the fact that I cant get into my account

  • I would like to add that I cannot even open a ticket to delete my account, any inquiry is shut down by the AI and I am not allowed to speak to a human
