Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for FC points to be added to your account, so I'd first wait in case they show up by themselves.
Just to check, where did you buy your FC Points?
On the play station store on my phone

Again, I'd wait the 24 hours before reaching out, but if you don't have them by then I'd recommend gathering your proof of purchase and reaching out to our live support team for help.
