I appreciate your work getting it working but ultimately, I shouldn't have to create a new email and new account under my PSN just to get this working. Its a mental EA process. If they kept it simple, it would be fine.

Same issue for me. I think it's because I linked EA account to my PS account long time ago (BF 3 or BF 4) and then some time after changed my PSN e-mail and user name. Now EA can't connect it. Same thing happened when I wanted to jump back into Destiny after 4-5 years of not playing.

This still doesn’t work. So disappointed. Unable to log in.

I am stuck in a loop of no valid ea account so I cannot play any ea games I have paid for over the years let alone the Beta for BF6. Setup a whole new account verified everything age related on the account and still cannot get on anything. Not found a solution to this problem as yet. Im wondering if these games are linked to an old email I no longer use or something but cannot get through to anyone at ea for any support so I wont be buying the new BF6

I'm having the exact same issue on xbox. I get a 'reset your password' dialogue box, with a QR code that takes me to a 404 page.
I set up a new EA account with my regular email when prompted upon downloading the game, as I didn't have an existing one, then went to connected accounts where it says 'Not Linked'. I then click xbox, and get the message 'Linked accounts Found, your xbox account is already linked to your EA account for 4b****@disabled.ea.com. I have no idea what that is. When I created this new EA account it didn't prompt me that my email address already had an account assigned to it.
I've tried resetting the password 4 times, but that's not doing anything. I have absolutely no idea what to do now – I can't play the beta, I can't reset the password, I can't unlock or remove this mysterious existing account.
The only workaround I can think of is setting up a whole new xbox account, on a new email address – but that would mean I'll lose all my existing game info which I don't really want to do just for the sake of playing a beta.
Why is this so complicated??

Double post but I've found a work around for those on XBOX.
Set your xbox account as your 'Home' account, then create a 2nd user account on the same console. This second account can then use your game pass subscription to access games, but because it's an entirely new account it won't be connected to any previous EA accounts.
Open up Battlefield and you'll be prompted again to create a new EA account. Set up a new EA account using a DIFFERENT email address to the one used on your main xbox account, and then link this to your NEW xbox account. VOILA, it all works. I'm now in the server queue.
Only took me about 4 hours of troubleshooting...

Even worse, I thought I was fixing it by unlinking my PSN account and now my PSN account won’t link with EA. Absolute trash experience.

Went through the same thing and made the mistake of unlinking my PSN account in hopes of reconnecting it and now it won’t merge back.

Yeah you wasted $150. Same exact thing for me. Tried making new accounts but can’t link to PlayStation. EA is absolutely pathetic
