Can’t login email access is gone

I have been trying for months now to recover an account.The email linked to it no longer exists cause it was a school account. I need to unlink my Xbox from the old email to the new new account I mad...

Well I tried and they aren’t responding and chats broken I tried on my phone ,tablet and pc and the chat never works for the help center
