Hey HetzHelmut understand how frustrating this can be, unfortunaly this would be outside the scope of support we can offer on the forums.
The good news is that you can generally get sorted by following the steps in this help article
There's links to our live support team there should you need to speak with them to resolve this. I know you have spoken with them before but they are the only team who can assist you with this. There is no other team at EA who can unlink an account or verify account ownership with you.
