Cant get old acount back

Welcome back to Apex Legends! I hope you're enjoying the Outlands and getting some time in with your favorite Legends again.

Based on what you've described, it sounds like your PSN account was previously linked to a different EA account (or not linked at all). If platform accounts are unlinked from the EA account where the progress was stored, any progress tied to that EA account would have been lost.

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to recover lost progress due to unlinking. 

I know that’s disappointing, but I hope you’ll be able to start a new journey in the Outlands and create plenty of new memories along the way.

Its not only disappointing, its outrageous. It took you several years to add a warning before unlinking accounts. You stole thousands of dollars from people because you refuse to add pixels to their account. It doesn't cost you anything to  compensate people for switching linked accounts for cross progression, like how EVERY OTHER GAME WORKS. Its not like restarting a story game. We lost items we paid YOU for.
