Cant log in to EA account. Not sending code to icloud email to change password.

The email is [edit: email address removed] and the EA ID name is NeChesno.

Dont tell me oh try change ur password BECAUSE NOT SENDING THE EMAIL

TrY YoUr NuMbEr, my number is not connected to the account. No help. 0/10 app what is this????

ALLL I NEED IS A EMAIL WITH 6 DIGIT NUMBER FROM EA???? WHY IS IT SO DIFFICULT????? CANT ACCESS MY GAMES?????? [Profanity Removed by CM] why cant i just use steam?? where they actually reply when trying to reach someone for help? why is there no customer service number? so dumb. my steam is also linked but still asks for code sent to email and the code doesnt come. so dont ask about that either.

    Thanks for trying the steps EA_cuervo​ shared, and sorry they didn't help the codes come through. They help rule out some of the more common issues and tend to solve things out of the gate. If the codes still aren't coming through after trying them, you need our support team's help as we can't fix this through the EA Forums. Once you've passed the security step with them, they'll do their best to help you disable the codes and reset them so you can receive them again.

    The support services went through some changes recently, and they no longer offer phone support, so there is no contact number available to reach them. They do offer live chat and email support, though. 

    To reach them, click on this guide, scroll to the bottom, and select 'Contact Us' to start that process.

    I'm having the same issues, You are definitely no help EA_cuervo​ I need a phone number to contact. I have done EVERYTHING and still no email. I NEED THIS FIXED NOW

    zackzilla34​ If the steps shared in my previous reply don't work for you, please contact EA Help here. They can try adding a secondary email to your EA account, and that might fix the problem.

    I've been trying to get into my account for days. Having the same issue.  EA is the only company that I have this issue with.  EA has an actual issue and refuses to deal with it. Please fix this.  And no my service doesn't block it.

    I'm sorry to hear you're having problems getting your verification codes. I will leave below instructions on what to do if you're not getting verification codes, if you can't get it fixed yourself by following those steps, then you will need to contact EA Help Support. To find instructions on how to contact support, please see the following article: How to get help with your EA Account

     

    Not getting codes to your email address?

    Try resending the code. If that doesn’t work, make sure: 

    • your inbox isn’t full
    • you’ve checked the spam folder
    • you or your service provider haven’t blocked us
    • you’re logged in to the right EA Account.
      • If you’re logged in to a different EA Account, your codes might go to the wrong email.

    Tip: Keep your email address up to date so you can always get your codes.

    If you’re still not getting your codes, look for a past email from ea@e.ea.com and allow images to be displayed. Then, resend the verification email.
