Can't submit an appeal

I believe my EA account has been hacked. I haven't logged in since playing Survivor, and I've never played any Battlefield games. My account is banned for some unknown reason, and I don’t cheat or hack. I play on Xbox with an Elite Series 2 controller.

My first appeal went unanswered for a month, despite their stated 10-day response time. This ban prevents me from buying future EA titles, which is frustrating. I updated my passwords as advised, but I'm unable to enable two-factor authentication due to an error.

I've tried submitting another appeal multiple times, but the system doesn't allow it. After closing my active appeal ticket, I still can't submit again. 

I've done everything requested, and this is my last attempt. I'm considering not purchasing another EA title due to their ineffective anti-cheat system.

My penalty board says I have none.
