Can't submit an appeal

Question

I believe my EA account has been hacked. I haven't logged in since playing Survivor, and I've never played any Battlefield games. My account is banned for some unknown reason, and I don’t cheat or hack. I play on Xbox with an Elite Series 2 controller.

My first appeal went unanswered for a month, despite their stated 10-day response time. This ban prevents me from buying future EA titles, which is frustrating. I updated my passwords as advised, but I'm unable to enable two-factor authentication due to an error.

I've tried submitting another appeal multiple times, but the system doesn't allow it. After closing my active appeal ticket, I still can't submit again.

I've done everything requested, and this is my last attempt. I'm considering not purchasing another EA title due to their ineffective anti-cheat system.

My penalty board says I have none.

You need to secure the hacked account before appealing the ban.
After you have secured the account and associated email you should then appeal the ban.&nbsp;

EA_Darko​&nbsp;This is still a problem. Someone suggested submitting a ticket without being logged in. They should respond to every email by then. This hasn't worked either. It seems anytime I submit a ticket with that email address, it gets forgotten or deleted. &nbsp;EA Id: wyteboi48

EA_Darko​ I still cannot submit another appeal and feel like I'm stuck in limbo. Can you help? I've followed your link on other threads and gone back through the original ticket submission link from the initial email notification about the ban. I've tried on several different computers, but nothing goes through. I haven't received any email confirmation that the ticket was generated. I've read elsewhere that there might be issues with the help system and submitting tickets.&nbsp;
