I am in the same boat, I changed my email address on my Xbox account that I’ve had for over a decade, and since then I’ve been locked out of all ea games, I wasn’t aware until after that 1 emailed is used and forever locked in . Now I got a profile with my new info but can’t link my Xbox account . Sooooo unbelievably stupid, was hoping to get this fixed before battlefield beta came out but guess not . Annoying .
Yeah it doesn't seem like I will be playing the beta either, it's frustrating. I hope a rep sees this thread and can help all of us out with this issue. I figured they would want people to be able to play their games
Yo so if u read down youll see i was havin issues to but if you wait on the contact chat a human will text talk with you i had dude called Jose he was awesome however if they get your tag back just know you will NOT get the save data with it! It so dumb bro i got my tag but lost everything. Im never buyin ea again
