Can't unlink PSN can't get support want to delete old EA Account

So my PSN account is linked to an old EA account, I have access to my old and current 'real' account but I want to link my PSN account to my current one and can't for another month. I want to be able...

Same issue but someone created an ea account under my psn without my knowledge years ago.  Can't get anything but "send an email".

    Same. Somehow managed to remember the email and password login, then it says they sent verification to my email address......that is no longer valid 😂
