CarTown Purchase

I'm one of many individuals interested in the now-defunct game CarTown. I understand that EA purchased GLU mobile back in the day, which in-turn gave the company ownership of all assets related to CarTown. There has been talk of bringing this game back to life for years, but movement is slow.

I am most curious to know if there is an avenue we can take (whether it be me or an investor) to potentially purchase the rights to this title outright from the company? It would be a dream come true for many of us enthusiasts if we were able to get the assets needed to bring this game back to life.
