Cases getting marked resolved with no contact from support.

Question

For about a week and a half I've been trying to contact support, have had my case marked resolved 3 times and have yet to hear anything from EA. When I signed in to make sure my twitch was logged in it displayed a random string of letters and numbers which was obviously not my account. So I did what a normal person would do and unlinked it and went link mine.&nbsp; It then proceeded to tell me I couldn't link one as I could only link one twitch at a time. Problem is that's not my twitch account. Still have yet to hear anything from them.&nbsp;

Hi there, the random string you saw is likely your Twitch account’s unique ID, which can sometimes appear instead of your username.
Due to restrictions on account linking, we’re unable to allow a new Twitch ID to be linked once one has already been associated. This limitation is in place to maintain account security and integrity. More information can be found here.&nbsp;

That absolutely ridiculous, because other people's profile displays their actual name, you're going to tell me that I just can't receive the rewards I spent my time earning with twitch drops?
