Change email associated with account

I can get into an old EA account from 2007 that was linked to my PSN account. I no longer have access to the email address for that account (its an old university email that deletes you after you graduate). I can get logged into the account by using the psn link login. I've been trying to get EA via chat to help, but that seems like nobody on the customer service side to help. I can't add a secondary  email or phone number to the account via the website. 

How do I get EA to change the email associated with my old account to an email I can actually use?
