Merging accounts isn’t always possible. Even when it is, you can’t move your games or platform accounts to another account yourself. If you decide to merge your accounts, get in touch with us
There are other important callouts shared in that article, too, that I recommend you read through before deciding to merge EA accounts.
Then, when you're ready, reach out to our support team using these steps:
- Open this guide and scroll to the bottom, and click 'Contact Us' under the heading 'Still having issues?'.
- This will open up the EA NextStep bot to help complete the help ticket for sending. Once you've completed the next steps and submitted the ticket, a support case will be sent to the support team
