Companion app lacks proper development process
Every year, the same app, the same issues, just with a new branding. And I’m tired of it. It’s not just because I’m UI designer myself, but there seems to be no priority or interest from EA to improve the app (or the transfer market in the game).
Do your job, EA. You’re supposed to keep improving your products, even the free services that come with it. You’re being lazy cheapskates, and people don’t like that.
Stop hiding behind your monopolistic position, hire a team of designers dedicated to companion apps, and in-game features, instead of wasting your time making the game worse with open world modes.
